ABOUT ME
Hi! I am Diana, the owner and operator of Diana Cantalupo, Mental Health Counseling, PLLC. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor here to help you navigate this thing called life. Collaboratively we can cultivate growth, by exploring and processing your experiences, and creating an individualized plan for developing solutions to aid you in achieving your goals and improving your overall well-being. After attaining my license in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I have found fulfillment in assisting others in recognizing and fostering their own strengths, to improve their overall well-being and quality of life. I specialize in both individual and couples therapy and have found particular fulfillment in helping couples manage relationship issues, specifically during unprecedented times. Sessions with me will consist of creating personalized solutions to improve your daily life.
It takes courage to ask for help, but doing so can lead to a lifetime of fulfillment. Every person is unique and thus, all sessions will be individualized, as I believe there is not a “one size fits all” approach to therapy.
As a therapist, I am responsible for providing my clients with an environment that feels safe, comfortable, and free of judgment. I use a variety of approaches and tools that I tailor to the needs of each person. My style can be described as engaged, warm, present, and active. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!
